Nupol Composites is able to offer a range of quality Direct Rovings in a variety of types and packaging. The different types we are able to offer include Spray Up for depositor gun, Roof Sheeting for the manufacture of translucent fibreglass sheeting and centrifugal cast pipe roving. The various packaging types are: Distributor, each cheese individually boxed, Bulk 48 cheeses individually wrapped, supplied in a single large box and Creel, where all 48 cheese have the end mechanically joined to save time and labour supplied also in a single large box.
Our products offer low fuzz and static, excellent choppability and dispersion, rapid wet out and good conformity properties making them user friendly to the laminator. Made in accordance to International Quality System (ISO9001) they also have been awarded both DNV and Lloyds Certificate approval.
Direct Roving is usually supplied in 2400tex but other tex are available.
Each cheese is consistent in weight and can be supplied in either single cheese (19kg) or full pallet lots (912kg).
