Divinycell® PVC structural core foam range incorporate closed cell technology, provide high strength to weight ratios, excellent insulation properties, low water absorption and good chemical resistance. Divinycell® core foam is available in a wide range of densities and thicknesses, Divinycell® is also available for special applications such as high temperature rating, infusion process applications and very high density requirements. Divinycell® core foam is available in flat sheet, grid scored or in kit form.
ProBalsa® is an end grain range of Balsa Core offering exceptional strength and stiffness from its micro-honeycomb structure. ProBalsa® offers exception shear and compression strength, good fatigue properties, high thermal and sound insulation and low FST (Fire, Smoke & Toxicity) properties. ProBalsa® is available in flat sheet, grid scored sheet or in kit form with densities ranging from 90kg / m3 through 220kg / m3. ProBalsa® is also available in coated or non-coated.
Divilette® 600 is a low viscosity core bonding adhesive containing lightweight polymeric microspheres, fillers and polyester blends, it can be trowelled or pumped and provides a good bond to the laminate and butt joints in core materials. Divilette® is DNV approved for use in Survey vessels and is designed to be used in conjunction with the Divinycell® range of core foams.
